Fructooligosaccharides (FOS)
FOS are a plant-based prebiotic from Chicory root extract that serve as food for the good bacteria in the gut, such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus. These good bacteria thrive on FOS, utilizing them as an energy source to support their growth and activity and to help improve gut health.
Mannanoligosaccharides (MOS)
MOS are a plant-based prebiotic that provides a beneficial pre-biotic effect and encourages growth of the friendly good bacteria in the large intestine which promotes over-all gastro-intestinal health and wellbeing.
β-glucans (beta glucans)
Beta glucans help support your dog’s gut health by promoting the growth and activity of the good bacteria in your dog’s intestines. This happens because they are prebiotic or fermentable fibres, that are required for the growth of healthy bacteria known as probiotics.
Brewer’s Yeast
Yeast support the beneficial bacterial population and is full of probiotics, the good bacteria that line the intestinal tract and aid in the digestion of food and the absorption of nutrients, and prevention of disease. Feeding Instructions
Maximum Gut Health for Dogs is complementary feed and should be fed as a part of balanced diet.
Example feeding rates
• 10kg small sized dog feed 4g per day
• 15kg medium sized dog feed 6g per day
• 25kg large sized dog feed 10g per day
• 40kg giant size dog feed 16g per day
Feed 2g of Maximum Gut Health for Dogs for every 5Kg of your dog’s weight per day.
Feed the required amount per day mixed into the dogs’ meals. Split the required amount equally over each meal. Always ensure that fresh, clean drinking water is available.
