Shipping Information

All orders are shipped by DHL courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please ensure you provide a mobile or contact telephone number when placing your order, as this is required by the courier.

Orders placed before 11:00am are usually dispatched the same day and sent on an overnight service.

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 11:00am are typically delivered the next working day.
• Orders placed from Friday afternoon onwards will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
• Orders to the Highlands and Islands will be dispatched via Royal Mail and may take longer to arrive than our standard delivery service.
